My first racial/ethnic map displays the black/African American population by percentage in each county of Texas. This could definitely be an important graphic as Kamala Harris being a partly African American candidate could play a part in gathering more African American voters. It can be seen that the highest rates of African American citizens are in highly populated areas/cities in Texas, once again begging the question of whether the big cities will outweigh the many smaller counties in Texas. Next is a map showing the percentage of citizens with multiple ancestry. This map is quite dark across the state; however, the highest populations are once again concentrated in more dense areas. This could have a general affect due to Kamala Harris being a candidate of multiple ancestry. My third map shows the concentration of Black Lives Matter protests in 2020 across Texas. BLM activists very often lean left politically; thus, this can be a very telling map. While much of Texas is left blank here, there is extremely high concentration in the densest and highly populated areas such as Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. At the end of the day, whichever way Texas leans on election day is dependent on whether or not the big cities can outweigh the many small counties.

I like how descriptive you got about how the ethnicity of Texas voters plays a big part of which party they vote for. The results of voters in Texas seems to be very interesting as the state ended up being red. It seems that the small counties ended up choosing the way the state went.
